We focussed upon key elements such as a practical, well-designed layout maximizing storage, an elegant and luxurious look and a very high quality finish with bespoke elements to suit the space. This was a highly-focussed eight-week project that was completed on time and under-budget. By designing carefully to appeal to the high-end market we achieved our client's brief of generating interest of potential buyers – the property was under offer on its first day of viewing.

We have upgraded all bathrooms and kitchen keeping the existing layouts and the existing wood flooring and provided new furniture, artwork, window treatment and accessories.
